Return Information
OUR RETURN POLICY,
You have 30 days to determine if the item is suitable for you. If this is a gift or other factors
make the 30 days unreasonable to you, (Christmas, Birthdays ETC) send us an e-mail, Tell
the reasons, and we will, extend the period for a reasonable time.
** Personalized or special order Items are not returnable.
** Supplements are not returnable.
** Bits are not returnable
In the event we are running a flat rate or no shipping cost promotion, shipping cost still incur
and will be deducted from refund.
The following procedures must be followed.
1> You must notify us by e-mail, within the 30 day time limit, that you are returning the item(s)
and the reason why the item(s) are being returned. You will be issued a return Authorisation
number. Write this number on the outside of the shipping container. If this is for exchange,
please include note with information and place inside box
2> Items must be returned in a new and unused condition, suitable for resale in the original
packaging, with all tags still attached or in the box, Please do not tape notes to the
packaging. You will pay the return shipping cost. Exception to this, if we send the wrong or
damaged item, we will pay a reasonable shipping cost for your return.
3> There is a 15% restocking fee for all saddles returned for refund. No restocking fee
required if the item is to be exchanged for another item of the same or greater value.
4> You may cancel your order at anytime before item is shipped at no cost to you

1> Items must be returned to us before refunds can be processed
2> Processing of refunds can take up to 30 days
